We just came up for air.

This past week has been one of those weeks where you forget what day it is and stop caring. Our annual Neo Shamanic Society live immersion — our family reunion, really — wrapped up a few days ago, and I'm still in the residue of it. In the best possible way.

We went deep. An organic ceremonial week — no rigid agenda, just the field showing us what it needed. Breathwork. Anger release. Healing practice. Transformation. Moments of pure magic interwoven with moments of real confrontation. The kind of processing that words don't quite capture but your nervous system absolutely knows about.

I'm super proud of everyone for how they fronted up to themselves and pulled through. It was intense every single day, and everyone was pretty exhausted and gave their all.

I love our NSS live immersions. It never gets old. Watching people who I've already been navigating with us from anywhere from a few months to a few years, coming together leaving as soul family by the end of it.

Now we're in the in-breath. I would like to say I am getting some rest, but with the kids longing to spend some time with Mummy and Daddy, it's not quite the case. We're in modes of spending time with kids and preparing for the next Root initiation and the various runnings of the company.

However, we're in still point between the NSS live Immersion and the next Root Initiation. We have two more Roots before the Vault Tour opens in July — the last two in the sequence of four we've been running back-to-back all year. 

And if the field is anything to go by, these final two are going to open macro keys that the previous ones have been building toward. I can feel the momentum gathering. The floor is being set for something significant.

I'm sure I have some more story-telling for you and how this feeds into the macro pictures on the other side of the upcoming Root initiation here in Mexico. This is the Root initiation after the NSS. Everyone's just attended a week with us, and this is typically one of the deepest dives of the year.

Which is part of why what I'm about to tell you feels so timely.

the root initiation is coming to europe

For years — and I know many of you have been watching, reading, waiting — the Root Initiation has been largely inaccessible if you're based in Europe. The vast majority of our work has been anchored in New Zealand, with some reaching into Central America. We're on the other side of the world, and I've always been aware that this work has a European audience it hasn't been able to fully reach.

That changes in August.

Hot off the heels of three Vault openings — Glastonbury, Montségur, Lourdes — with the Grail current literally freshly restored in the morphogenetic field of Britain and France, we have one of our Master Lineage holders Coming on the tour with us as a pillar for the France-UK tour.

He has agreed to stay on and run two Root initiations for the UK European audience.

Alaya and I are running one, but this is tied into the tour, so only those people attending the tour can come to our root initiation. We've been on the road for three months and want to get home. Kids are keen to get back on the slopes in Wanaka.

So our Master Lineage Holder will stay on in the UK to open the Root Initiation to our European community for the first time in around 3-4 years.

The timing is not accidental. It never is.

what the root initiation is

For those of you who are new to this work — and for those who've been reading about it for years and wondering if it's ever going to be within reach — here is what this ceremony actually is.

The Root Initiation is the deepest work we do. Full stop. There is nothing in our catalogue that goes to these layers.

It is held over a few days with two key ceremonial nights, Death and Rebirth with the Sacred Wood of Africa — Iboga — in a fully sealed ceremonial container. What happens in those 48 hours reaches into the places that talk therapy, bodywork, meditation, and most healing modalities simply cannot access. Not because those things aren't valuable — they are — but because the Root goes somewhere different. It goes to the architecture itself.

The deepest layers of shadow — ancestral lineage, soul-level fractures, the imprinting your nervous system received before you had any language for it — this is the territory of the Root.

And since the Egypt mission in December 2025 and the opening of Vaults 000 and 001, this ceremony has transformed.

We're no longer doing battlefield surgery behind enemy lines, which is honestly what it was like between 2020 and 2025. Every Root in those years was 48 hours of not knowing what the Synthetic Matrix was going to throw at us next — and having to resolve it before we came out the other side.

That era is complete.

What has replaced it is something I still find extraordinary to witness: the full vertical spine of the Tree of Life is now restored. The Planetary Root Line — the foundational bio-spiritual meridian that connects every soul on Earth to the planet's living body — has been reclaimed. 

Malkuth, Holy Ground, is active and clear for the first time in thousands of years.

What this means practically is that when you go through the Root now, you are not just receiving personal clearing and ancestral healing — though that absolutely still happens, and it goes deep. You are being plugged into a fully functioning planetary architecture. 

Your Oversoul — the higher-dimensional aspect of your consciousness that holds your complete soul blueprint, your divine mission codes, your cosmic identity — can now descend through repaired channels and actually anchor into your physical body and root chakra in ways that were literally impossible before this planetary work was done.

Before Egypt, we were trying to pour Oversoul consciousness through broken pipes.
