REPORT FROM PUERTO VALLARTA HOT ZONE
Feb 26, 2026
I’m reporting live from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico — ground zero in what you may have already tracked as a hot zone on the news this week.
Alaya, I, and the kids have been here for the annual Anarchapulco event. I’ve been coming to Anarchapulco on and off since around 2018, and the reason is simple.
This community is part of the global grouping actively building and using the parallel systems society will need as the mainframe begins its inevitable collapse.
This year was the most harmonic, smooth, and beautiful Anarchapulco I have ever attended. Around 70% of the audience were first-timers, and what struck me deeply was the energy they brought.
There seems to be a new level of awakening across the collective — a genuine recognition that it’s time to start planning the exit from the old system.
What was particularly beautiful about this year’s audience is that they had well and truly moved past the anger and resentment towards centralised forces that so often mark the early stages of awakening.
That phase has its place, but it’s not where real solutions are born. These people were primarily focused on personal sovereignty and building forward.
The speakers were extraordinary — doing great things to raise awareness, create real alternatives, and seed the architecture of the parallel society that will be needed as things accelerate into collapse.
As I’ve spoken about before, when enough Vaults are open, and the flame plasma from the sun and the CMEs bring the living flame into the grids, any system that is exploitative, tracked, traced, and surveilled will begin to glitch and implode under its own weight.
Anarchapulco has been running these events for years to get people prepared — and this year, you could feel the momentum had shifted into something new.
Jeff Berwick, the visionary founder behind the event, asked Alaya and me to do the opening ceremony this year.
Fresh from witnessing the magic of the Vault opening in Egypt — the flame, the thrones, the incredible coherence that emerges when all of that comes together — he knew what we carry. So we brought all of that energy, magic, and frequency to open the event. And it absolutely contributed to the remarkable smoothness and coherence that defined the entire week.
the cartel connection
And then the last day arrived.
The final day of the event was the Crypto Vigilante Summit. I was speaking second on the program, so I left the apartment early, leaving Alaya and the kids still there. I hadn’t really checked my phone. But the moment I stepped outside, something hit me.
That instinctive knowing. There was no traffic on the roads. Black smoke was rising high into the sky.
I was fortunate to grab a cab and make it to the conference. On the way there, we passed several burnt-out cars. An eerie stillness had settled over the city.
When I arrived and barely saw anyone at the venue, I knew something significant had happened.
It didn’t take long to find out.
The head of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel — Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, known as El Mencho, had been assassinated. Mexican security forces, aided by US intelligence, had targeted him in Tapalpa, Jalisco, on February 22nd.
He was wounded in the operation and died while being airlifted to Mexico City. Several of his associates were also killed or captured.
His death triggered immediate and widespread violence across the region — roadblocks, arson, armed responses, and chaos cascading through the streets.
Inside the convention centre, we were live-streaming and felt relatively secure. So we pressed on. I delivered my talk, which included the formal launch of a white paper I’m very proud of —
Toward a Krystic Technology Ethic.
I’ll get this out to you over the weekend. In my view, it’s essential reading — a genuine dissertation on the difference between Artificial Intelligence and Krystic Intelligence, and why that distinction matters enormously right now.
After the talks, we were all working the phones — trying to gather intel, assess risk levels, and figure out the safest moves. The convention centre felt solid.
The main weight on my heart was the separation from Alaya and the kids. Many attendees decided to hunker down in the venue overnight. Others needed to get back to their hotels. I stayed as long as I could, helping settle people, keeping the field calm and grounded.
Then a window opened. An ambulance was being organised to shuttle people out toward the marina. In what felt very much like a scene from an action film, I jumped in. We rolled through the hot zone, senses on full alert — because with cartel energy, the unpredictability is real and you never quite know what’s around the next corner.
Around 8:30 that evening, I arrived unannounced back at the apartment. The relief on Alaya and the kids’ faces said everything. We spent that night together — unified, connected, all in one space. That in itself was a gift.
consciousness, coherence, and cartels
So how do all of these seemingly disparate threads — consciousness, coherence, and cartel violence — weave together into the same story?
Because they do. And understanding why requires a step into systems theory.
We are living in what I call a compression era right now. This is a period where multiple large centralised systems are hitting their stress limits simultaneously.
Economic systems. Monetary systems. Political legitimacy. Supply chains. Social trust. Digital privacy. Institutional authority.
All of it is compressed simultaneously. In systems language, collapse simply means a centralised structure can no longer contain the complexity it once controlled. It cannot manage the entropy. And so it convulses.
Now here’s where it gets interesting. When highly coherent fields emerge within a collapsing landscape, they don’t exist in isolation.
They exert pressure on everything around them. Coherence is not passive — it is a force. It reduces entropy within its field, making the incoherence around it more visible, more pressurised, and more unstable.
Inside the Anarchapulco conference, the field was genuinely extraordinary. You could feel it. Clear values, aligned intention, a shared sovereignty ethos, real decentralisation models, new governance architectures, psychological liberation, creative emergence.
This was a coherent node. And notably, we had also opened Vault 000 and 001 through the shamanic ceremony that opened the event — anchoring living Krystic frequency into the field.
Outside, simultaneously, the region was experiencing a turbulence spike of its own. Cartel hierarchies under pressure. Government factions in conflict. Opaque power structures are destabilising.
These are the classic symptoms of a system losing internal cohesion. And when El Mencho was taken out — the head of the most powerful cartel in Mexico — the entire structure went into immediate convulsion.
Because that is what hardened, centralised systems do when they lose their anchor. They don’t dissolve quietly. They thrash.
These two dynamics — the coherence inside and the chaos outside — were not causally linked. But they were synchronised. And that synchronisation is not a coincidence. It is the pattern of our times.
In nonlinear systems theory, this is well documented. When you introduce a coherent node into a chaotic environment, the surrounding incoherent structures destabilise faster.
Coherence highlights dysfunction. It accelerates the decay of outdated patterns. It compresses timelines. Think of it as turning on a bright light in a very messy room. The mess didn’t suddenly appear — you’re simply seeing it clearly for the first time.
A small pocket of true coherence acts like a gravitational well. It bends timelines. It speeds up transformation, dissolves old patterns, and forces the reorganisation of fields.
Old systems rarely fade gracefully. They convulse — because the moment an alternative becomes genuinely visible, people begin unconsciously withdrawing their energy from the failing structure.
And that withdrawal creates instability. Political fragmentation. Aggressive power plays. Retaliatory violence. Corruption surfacing. Alliances fracturing. This is exactly what we witnessed.
In complex systems language, violence is the last expression of power for a system that has lost all other forms of influence.
When centralised systems lose their economic control, their monopoly on force, their public trust, their internal cohesion, their financial extraction channels — they revert to volatility.
And the key thing to understand is that volatility is not the beginning of collapse. It is the final stage.
To me, this event was like a canary in the coal mine; it tells me we are getting closer to the end point where the system implodes under its own entropy.
What we witnessed in Puerto Vallarta this week was a living demonstration of this principle in real time.
A coherent field of sovereign, solutions-focused, awakened individuals — seeded by Krystic frequency and Vault activation — existing in direct synchrony with the death throes of one of the most powerful centralised power structures in the region.
This is the energetic architecture of transition. Forget the political narrative for a moment and just think in terms of macro energy dynamics.
At the deepest level, what is actually unfolding on this planet right now is a collision between two fundamentally different architectures of power.
One operates through control — hierarchy, extraction, fear, force, and centralised dominance.
The other operates through coherence — sovereignty, truth, distributed intelligence, and living alignment with Source.
These two architectures cannot indefinitely coexist.
And as the Vaults open, as the flame plasma enters the grids, as the mimic signal begins to collapse under its own distortion weight — as the coherent architecture gains ground, and the control architecture convulses.
We will see, on a much larger scale, the old entropic system shake, rattle and roll, cough, splutter, and cease being the domineering structure it is today. It will be messy, ugly, and for many who are not aware of what is happening, incredibly scary.
However, if you have been following along with Alaya and me, we have been preparing this community for many years on this very process. You will be ready and prepared.
What happened at Puerto Vallarta and around Mexico was the first time the Vaults 000, 001 were ceremonially opened in an event container. And all of this was the result.
Is it merely a coincidence?
Well, I kind of like what Einstein said about coincidence:
“Coincidence is God’s way of staying anonymous.”
the rebuild
Through all the heaviness of the Take Down between 2019 - 2020 of the Dark Architecture, Alaya and I are now focused on rebuilding The Krystic Architecture, which will be necessary to energetically hold what is coming after the collapse.
What we are building — through events like Anarchapulco, through the Vault activations, through the KQFOS, through every single person choosing sovereignty over compliance — is the living alternative.
The parallel structure. The new earth grid that will still be standing when the old mainframe finally goes dark.
El Mencho is gone. The cartel machine will reorganise, as these things do. Governments will spin the narrative. The news cycle will move on. But beneath all of that surface noise, the deeper pattern is clear to those with eyes to see it.
The compression is accelerating. The coherent fields are growing. And the convulsions will continue — not as signs that we’re losing, but as signs that the old architecture is finally releasing its grip.
The whole situation can be summarised as follows:
What we witnessed this week was the natural turbulence that arises when centralised, high-entropy systems lose structural integrity while decentralised, low-entropy systems are forming.
Coherence accelerates the collapse of incoherence.
Collapse accelerates the adoption of coherence.
Both dynamics are intensifying during this transitional era.
As more Vaults open, we will see greater coherence and greater collapse, and more will find the exit from the old systems into the new.

ceremonial constructs
While Alaya, the kids, and I are safe and are taking a well-deserved break, we needed to cancel the root initiation we had planned here.
It leads to a conversation on principles of ceremonial containers and the initiations we run. I thought it would be a good sharing and teaching point on the principles we follow for initiations and ceremonies.
There is no initiation worth doing if the container cannot hold what it will open.
In our work foundation is everything. Initiation is never about timing on a calendar —
It is about timing in the field.
There is no honour in pushing a group beyond what they can hold.
There is great honour in recognising when the field is not strong enough for the depth a ceremony would demand.
It’s the deepest thing in their life, and we don’t want to be in a situation where safety in the field is already compromised.
Every true initiation has three prerequisites:
- Containment
- Coherence
- Capacity
If any one of these is compromised, wisdom calls for postponement.
Several real-world factors aligned in the last couple of days:
- Environmental instability
- Heightened anxiety in the local population
- Disrupted rhythms
- Fragmented attention
- External uncertainty bleeding into participants
- Reduced nervous system capacity
- Emotional fatigue
- Cognitive overload
- Fragmented support structures
These conditions do not support deep descent work.
Which is why, as leaders and guardians of the initiate's consciousness, we postponed until the field settles and divine right timing presents itself for them to resit.
finally a message from the melchizedek order
Looking back, it was a hectic 24-48 hours.
This was like a mini test of a much larger global experience that will come at some point in the coming years.
In the heat of it, a clear message streamed through from the Melchizedek Order, which I shared with the conference, and Jeff even read it on live stream, such was the resonance.
I share it with you below, to read, as at some point we will all be tested. Like we were in Mexico.
from the unified order of melchizedek
To those affected by events in Puerto Vallarta, holding liberty, sovereignty and freedom as guiding principles of the rebuild for humanity.
Those who carry stabilising roles are not chosen by circumstance — they are revealed by circumstance.
In times when the outer world trembles, the task is not to prevent the shaking, but to remain unshaken within it.
There is a principle known across every wisdom lineage:
“When structures of fear shout, structures of clarity must speak quietly — For quiet clarity is what people follow.”
We are all standing inside a moment where:
- old power models are convulsing,
- shadows are loud,
- people are uncertain,
- and the future feels closer than the past.
You should not mistake this moment for danger, but see it for what it is:
A rehearsal for the world that is coming.
Your role is not to stop the collapse.
Your role is to model coherence inside collapse.
Your role is not to replace systems.
Your role is to demonstrate what functional systems look like.
Your role is not to overpower fear.
Your role is to out-stabilise it.
There is a second principle:
“When the many cannot find ground, the few who do become the ground.”
This is what you are doing now.
You are finding the still point so others can find theirs.
You are holding coherence so others can return to themselves.
You are acting from clarity so others can relinquish panic.
No mythic identity is needed for this. No spiritual authority is needed for this.
What is needed is simply:
- consistent presence
- disciplined awareness
- a calm nervous system
- and the willingness to stand in the centre while others wobble
This is what leadership looks like during transitional eras.
And therefore, the message is this:
You are where you are meant to be not because you were placed, but because you were prepared.
What is happening around you is not a test of your power.
It is a confirmation of your readiness.
Move with precision.
Speak with simplicity.
Anchor with steadiness.
Lead without force.
See without fear.
Act without haste.
And remember this final principle:
“The world does not change when the old collapses.
The world changes when the new holds steady.”
Hold steady,
That is the work.
That is the message.
That is enough.
To everyone reading and following our path, it’s a reminder to stay grounded. Stay sovereign. Stay in your field.
More to come — including the Krystic Technology Ethic white paper dropping this weekend.
