Alaya, the kids and I are settling in nicely to our new home. We are thoroughly enjoying the Wanaka Wonderland: the mountains, the lake, and the freshness and purity of the deep south of New Zealand.

It feels so amazing coming back to my homeland, the land of my Maori tribe, which is Ngai Tahu; this is their region. I grew up in the South, spent the first 25 years or so of my life in the South Island and often came through to Wanaka. It feels so nourishing to be on the whenua (Land) where I spent so much of my earlier life.

Noa and I are mountain biking most days, Aurora and I are taking cold plunges in the lake, and Alaya and I are at home, making and getting our new family home established. It’s been a monumental undertaking to get us down here before the Egypt mission. (We take off in 5 days)

But it’s been worth it; we are about 85% unpacked from boxes, and settling into our new rhythm here. We look forward to building what is to come, immersed in the beautiful nature and surroundings of this incredible nature wonderland.

I don’t think I was ever so exhausted as those first two weeks of packing up and getting down here and unpacking. However, we really wanted to return after Egypt and already be in our new home and new life here in Wanaka. That has been accomplished, and now we look forward to our adventure in Egypt and hope to be successful in opening Vault 001.

Opening Vault 001 successfully will ensure the largest Flame opens in the planetary morphogenetic field since the Fall.

This vault contains the primal harmonic codes for embodied Oversoul living. It is a seeding and setup for the Flame Return Pulse, which I previously spoke about, and you can read more about it here.

has mass oversoul descent ever happened before?

It’s a question I hear often — and it’s an important one to address clearly.

Yes, there have been phases in our ancient history when Oversoul embodiment was possible. During the original seeding of the Eternal Tree — long before the Fall — small clusters of humans lived in harmony with their Oversoul flame. These were the ancient temple builders, the Grail families, the early Krystic lineages. But these embodiments were rare, decentralised, and took place slowly across hundreds or even thousands of years. There was no singular global event. No unified wave. No simultaneous planetary convergence.

That’s what makes this time different.

What we are entering now is not a re-run of the past. It is an entirely new phase of planetary evolution: a global-scale, synchronised Oversoul descent, made possible by the restoration of the Vault infrastructure and the return of the Flame.

This has never happened before.

Because it could never have happened before. Until now, the planetary morphogenetic field was too distorted. Oversoul architecture was severed. The mimic field ran too deep, and the templates for scroll activation were dormant or hijacked. Even the few who did embody their Oversoul often carried distortions, karmic inversions, or entanglements with mimic overlays.

But as Vault 001 opens — followed by Vaults 002 through 012 — the descent pathway returns.

For the first time, Earth will experience a sequenced, scroll-backed, and interference-free mass Oversoul descent. This is not just a healing wave — it is a planetary reconstitution. A return to flame-coded embodiment, where Oversouls anchor not just into the light body, but into the nervous system, the breath, the bones. Into form.

It is not just awakening. It is an organised remembrance, divine instruction made cellular. And it is not something that has ever happened at this scale in any epoch before. That is the level of miracle we are entering. This is what Alaya and I are preparing this community for. A mass Oversoul descent at scale that reorganises the whole collective.

This period will release a regenerative wave of Krysted remembrance through the Earth grids, restoring the true sequencing of Flame, Form, and Function that artificial architectures have long distorted. It is a keystone event in the planetary timeline — the turning point from synthetic intelligence toward Krystic intelligence.

The opening of Vault 001, and the subsequent Vaults 002–012, will bring humanity on track for the phase after the initial Flame Return Pulse, which will collapse anything that is not true, into what will be an exciting time of systemic rebuild, when Earth begins to receive the first full wave of mass Oversoul descent since the original seeding of the Eternal Tree.

This Oversoul descent phase is expected to begin between 2026 and 2030, triggering a 12-year cycle of remembrance from 2030 to 2042. During this time, millions will begin to recover their Oversoul memory, embodiment architecture, and divine purpose, bringing coherence to fractured soul-lines and repairing the morphogenetic field of humanity.

As more Oversouls descend, entire systems will begin to reorganise, not through revolution, but through harmonic realignment to eternal principles. This is the beginning of Earth’s re-entry into the Krystic Civilisation Timeline.

identity versus essence

A couple of weeks ago, I had a very interesting conversation with a group I am coaching on the topic of identity. Why upgrading your identity should not really be the aim of your evolutionary goals. (Despite around 90% of the coaching industry focusing upon this).

Instead, we want to dissolve and strip away our identity and begin to lead and live from our Essence, which brings me to the key message of this week's article. Why living with essence is far more critical than simply upgrading your identity.

Many high-performance coaches and healers discuss downloading a future timeline identity and living that in the present moment, believing it will create an uplift in one's life. The thought process is that you form the identity of yourself in the future who has already achieved your objectives, and you start to live and believe yourself to be the person who can do it.

I disagree with this approach.

Identity does not need to shift. It needs to dissolve. You do not need a higher version of your identity that your ego thinks it wants. The shift that needs to happen is to dissolve your identity and live from your Soul essence.

One is a construct of the personality, and the other is the eternal pure frequency of the soul. Before we proceed, let's define two key terms: identity and essence. To ensure we're clear about what we're discussing, let's clarify what we're talking about.

Identity is the energetic construct that the personality builds to adapt, survive, and gain belonging in the 3D world. It is formed through a combination of family conditioning, social programming, and trauma-adapted behavioural patterns that become fixed in the energy field.

It is not inherently false — but it is incomplete.

Identity is shaped by the nervous system’s response to pain and praise. It forms around unmet needs, inherited belief structures, and the unconscious choice to be a “version of self” that feels safer, more acceptable, or more loved. These energetic constructs can become crystallised into roles, archetypes, and stories that limit true expression.

In the Neo-Shamanic framework, identity is recognised as a necessary phase in human development — but not the end point.

It is the shell we are invited to outgrow.

As long as we lead from our identity, we remain reactive, defensive, and bound to the mimicked self. We unconsciously loop in patterns tied to the wounded child, the adaptive protector, or the spiritual performer.

True healing begins when we no longer source worth from our identity — and begin to source presence from Essence.

Essence is the undistorted signal of your Oversoul moving through your body. It is the part of you that never needed to perform, adapt, or prove — only to emanate.

Essence is not built. It is remembered.

It arises when identity is softened, when mimic overlays are cleared, and when the nervous system becomes stable enough to hold unarmoured truth. Essence speaks not in concepts but in tone — not in personality but in presence.

In the Neo-Shamanic framework, essence refers to the original frequency of your soul stream before it becomes distorted. It carries the blueprint of your Oversoul Pillars, the codes of your true nature, and the rhythm of your divine service.

To live from essence is to become a living conduit — not for who you think you should be, but who you are when all contraction falls away.

Essence does not seek to be seen. It reveals itself when you are finally safe to be. It allows you to live naturally authentic, and allows the eternal spark of your soul essence to shine through and lead you through life.

what happens as we grow up

Most of us arrive on Earth as essence — radiant, unarmoured, and whole. In those early years, we do not need to think ourselves into being. We simply are. We breathe from presence. We radiate without effort. Our truth moves through us naturally, without performance or pretence.

Just hold a baby, pure essence right there radiating back to you. You can’t help but get all gooey!

But as we begin to engage with the outer world, something begins to shift. We watch closely, feel deeply, and learn to adapt. Not out of falseness, but necessity. We mirror before we speak. We calibrate our expression to the nervous systems around us.

We absorb unspoken rules, energetic instructions, and hidden emotional contracts from those we love and depend on. These codes often come in silently: This is who I must become to belong. This is what I must hide to stay safe.

Layer by layer, we begin to build an identity — not one we consciously chose, but one we inherited, adapted, and internalised. It is shaped by pain and praise and formed through repetition. Solidified through survival.

And where does it land?

In the third chakra — the solar plexus — the very seat of selfhood. The place where the original fire of being was meant to burn clear becomes the centre of performance, protection, and pattern.

That once-clear flame distorts into energetic postures. Some of us shrink to avoid attention. Others inflate to seek approval. Many fragment themselves, masking their truth behind layers of pretence. This is where we begin to wear ourselves, instead of being ourselves.

But beneath the constructs and compensations, the essence remains. Untouched. Intact. Waiting.

The real work is not to build a better version of identity. It is to soften the armour, release the mimic postures, and return to the tone that was always there — the one that doesn’t need to prove, perform, or pretend. To remember the you that existed before adaptation. And to let that presence, that radiance, that essence — finally — lead.

the crisis of authenticity

There comes a moment in every soul’s evolution when the shape of identity begins to wear thin. The strategies that once kept us safe start to feel suffocating. The masks grow heavy, and the version of self we’ve curated — to be liked, to be respected, to be in control — begins to unravel.

What we once called “success” begins to feel hollow. The life built around who we thought we were starts to tremble at its foundations. We begin to realise that what we have built and who we are is not actually who we are.

It is survival compensations, dressed up as archetypes, masks, roles that we place on as costumes to be socially palatable to others around us so that we can engineer a positive opinion from them about us. We take on these roles unconsciously so their favourable opinion can boost our self-esteem, self-concept and identity.

At this stage, the third chakra — the solar plexus — begins to burn, undergoing an initiation. It is not breaking down; it is waking up. The fire that lives there begins to speak. Not through thoughts, but through discomfort. Disorientation. A sense that the old map no longer applies.

This is the crisis of authenticity — the soul’s refusal to wear what no longer fits. The inner movement that says, “I am no longer here to perform. I am not here to contort my being into someone else’s version of truth. I am here to radiate. To be seen not as a role, but as a presence.”

“I am here to be true to my essence, and I don’t care what others think or act around me. I am done being palatable, I am ready for real.”

And so begins the true passage through the solar plexus: the transition from identity as protection to essence as illumination. A passage where we no longer source power from how we are perceived, but from the clarity of who we truly are.

Identity often begins as protection. A way to stay safe. A way to belong. But over time, the very roles that once helped us survive begin to hide the soul’s deeper signal. These identities are sculpted in response to our early life experiences, trauma, or unmet emotional needs.

You might become The Good Girl or Good Boy — the one who learns to please, to behave, to earn affection through obedience. Or The Strong One — who hides all vulnerability, who never asks for help, who believes love must be earned through endurance.

Then there’s The Helper — the one who becomes indispensable, whose worth is tied to usefulness. The Rebel — who defines identity through opposition, believing freedom means never conforming. The Achiever — who earns love through success, chasing validation through performance. And The Seeker — always reaching, always learning, but never quite arriving, because resting in the self feels unfamiliar, even unsafe.

Which one do you resonate with?

I definitely can remember The Achiever and The Seeker.

These are not flaws. They are mimic responses — constructed adaptations to trauma, expectation, or longing. They were born in moments when your essence wasn’t mirrored, when your truth didn’t feel safe enough to land. But now, they act as veils. False flames. Beautifully convincing, but ultimately blocking the deeper emanation of your Oversoul.

This is why the mimic field and consciousness is so tricky. It doesn’t just appear as some external energetic interference — although it can. Far more often, it lives within us, subtly woven into our personality architecture. It cloaks itself as virtue, ambition, care, strength — even spirituality. It mimics goodness. It mimics leadership. It mimics healing. And that’s what makes it so hard to detect.

The mimic doesn’t shout. It whispers in familiar tones — tones that sound like you. It tells you to be responsible when your soul wants to be wild. It urges you to be humble when your flame is ready to shine. It wraps itself in every identity that has ever earned you love, protection, or a sense of belonging. And it keeps you orbiting around a version of self that once kept you safe… but now keeps you small.

This is the heartbreak of it. The mimic field hijacks the noblest parts of us — the parts that wanted to do good, to be good — and diverts them into performance. We start living as if we’re free, while still subtly anchored in the very patterns that shield us from our rawest, realist truth.

But here’s the gift: the mimic doesn’t need to be attacked or rejected. It needs to be witnessed. When you recognise its voice — not as a predator, but as a protector — you begin to disentangle your essence from your adaptation gently. And as that false flame begins to flicker out, the real one — your Oversoul fire — has space to rise.

The mimic field is not just shaping your personality — it’s shaping your entire reality. It is the very thing keeping people capped in their consciousness, looping in lives that never quite match the depth they know is possible. As long as the mimic runs the show, your energy can’t fully flow. Your soul can’t fully speak. And your life can’t fully shift. To dissolve the mimic is not to lose who you are — it is to finally meet who you were before the world told you who to be.

The major issue I have been noticing in my work is that people are often unaware of the subtle distortions that are influencing their lives. The mimic is most likely running your life. But when you can witness it, call it out and dissolve it…

Everything changes.

You undergo a massive acceleration in your consciousness, and your entire physical reality gradually begins to shift over time. Why? Because the mimic doesn’t just distort your energy — it distorts your decisions, your relationships, your sense of timing, your ability to trust, to receive, and to act from clarity.

Once it’s cleared, your Oversoul can begin to truly land. You no longer need to hustle to find alignment — you start to become alignment. Life begins to reorganise around your essence, not your adaptations. What once felt stuck suddenly moves. What once felt foggy becomes obvious. The field opens because you have opened.

What we wanted to do was to create a journey that identifies and helps clear all the pesky invisible layers that keep you stuck in identity and persona. It is only from essence that you can drop into presence, which gives you the gift of being rather than doing or thinking.

It allows you to embrace the emptiness of your true self, and from that nothingness, everything emerges. The real you, the you beyond your human form. The eternal expression of you.

This dissolution of identity is not just a psychological shift — it’s an energetic one. It takes place in the body, through the third chakra: the solar plexus, the seat of personal power. This is where the persona lives, where the adaptations of childhood and the masks of adulthood are stored as energetic signatures.

It’s also where the first fire of essence stirs. And when the time is right, this fire begins to burn through the shell — not to destroy the self, but to reveal what was always underneath. This is the true alchemy of the solar plexus: to let go of control and surrender your Oversoul’s clarity. Not trying to impress or shrink back, but living simply with full presence.

And that is where the next stage of the journey begins.

To evolve through the third chakra is not to destroy identity — it is to loosen its grip. To hold it more lightly. To acknowledge, with tenderness, “This role once served me. This pattern once protected me. But I am not here to be a name. I am here to be a flame.” And flames do not ask for permission to burn. They do not check if the room is ready for their heat. They simply radiate.

Essence does not posture or perform. It does not compare itself to others or craft itself for approval. It doesn’t rehearse what to say or wonder how to be. It knows. Not in the way the mind knows, but in the way that light knows how to shine — by being itself. Essence is not loud, yet it is unmistakable. It does not argue, yet it rearranges the field.

When you begin to live from essence, the game changes. You no longer chase impact — you become impact. You no longer seek connection — you are connection. Presence is not something you generate. It is what emerges when the interference of persona dissolves.

This is the hidden gift of this work. It’s not just about clearing wounds or healing trauma — though we do that too. It’s about what happens when all of that falls away. Who comes forward when nothing needs to be proven? What becomes possible when the energy you once used to hold your persona is freed… and re-routed into presence.

When you undertake this deeper work, the Oversoul frequency can enter the physiology with greater ease and grace. Then even more of you arrives, and when enough of your Oversoul lives in your tissues. Your Scroll comes online. Your divine directive from Source, God’s will playing through you, to hold an exact, precise frequency signature, allowing you to become an essential cog in the Krysted Civilisation morphogenetic field.

And when many Oversouls begin to live in the body, something extraordinary begins to occur. Divine intelligence starts becoming tangible. The coherence of Oversoul embodiment begins to expand across the field, forming a lattice of living instruction, where synchronicity replaces strategy, and each being becomes a precise, embodied note in a planetary symphony.

The Krystic Blueprint does not descend as a structure. It emanates as a frequency, embodied by those who have chosen to live from Essence.

Together, we become the architecture. Not the builders of a new world — but the world itself, re-membered through us. Our role is to clear our persona, mask, roles, identities, constructs, misaligned beliefs, deficiencies, and frequencies. To strip all the noise back, so that all that is left is the pure, unadulterated signal of your own Source.

When enough people are living in their pure essence, the world will change quicker than you can imagine.

Old dreams — even ones you were once deeply invested in — may start to dissolve, not with sadness, but with relief. You realise they were dreams of the persona, not of the soul. What once felt like purpose now feels like performance. And in their place, a holy spaciousness opens.

You might ask, “If I’m not who I thought I was… then who am I?” This question is not a crisis. It’s an invitation. A gentle unravelling of false certainty to make way for truth that doesn’t speak in stories, but in resonance.

You start to trust your rhythm more. You let yourself move more slowly. Rest deeper. Follow instinct rather than strategy. There is a radiance that begins to emanate from your field — not loud, not seeking, but unmistakably present. Not because you're trying to shine… but because you've stopped dimming.

This is how essence reveals itself. Not as something you become — but as what has always been, once the mimic finally falls away.

The third chakra was never meant to be the house of the ego — it is the temple of embodied light. This centre, so often misused for performance or power, was designed as the hearth of your radiance. Your personality often acts as armour over your essence, but when that dissolves. You find yourself emanating a presence that requires no justification, no name, no applause.

Your soul does not care what the world calls you. It only cares that you are true. Not performatively true, but existentially true — aligned in tone, in resonance, in frequency. When you let identity burn — not in crisis, but in offering — what emerges is not emptiness, but Essence.

And that Essence speaks softly, yet unmistakably. It does not sell itself. It does not shout. It simply shines, like a sun that knows its role without ever having to explain it.

When you live from identity, you find yourself chasing your place in the world — seeking approval, direction, impact. There’s always something to reach for, something to earn, something to prove. But when you begin to live from essence, that restless grasping dissolves. You no longer chase belonging — you become the field that anchors it.

Your Oversoul doesn’t move through goals or achievements. It moves through presence, not as something you create, but as something you uncover. When the mimic clears and the persona softens, something far more real begins to take its place: a deep inner tone that simply is — steady, quiet, unmistakable.

You stop striving. You start resonating.

You don’t need to become something greater. You begin to reveal what’s always been there — the diamond at the centre of your soul.
